Application Process

Step 1: Choose a Registered Course and Institution

Before applying for a student visa, you must enrol in a course that is nationally recognised; that means it must be registered. This makes sure that the course and institution are both nationally recognised. The most popular courses among the international students are

Step 5: Complete the Application

Once your account in ImmiAccount is open, you can start submitting your application. The important sections to complete in the application are

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee

This Year, the visa application fee is approximately AUD 710. The payment is online, via your ImmiAccount, using your credit card or other supported payment mode.

Step 7: Attend Health Examination

It is completely going to depend on the requirements. It is determined by your nationality and personal circumstances. If it is required, then you will get an update from ImmiAccount.

Step 8: Wait for the Outcome

After submitting all the required documents and other things that are asked to be submitted, you have to wait until it gets processed. In the meantime, they might call you to attend some appointments that you need to attend. Right now, 4-8 weeks are required to get the visa approval.

Step 9: Visa Approval
