In situations where the decisions given by the department is unfavorable to the visa applicant or the visa holder, a review can be pursued. An application for the review has to be made to the
Migration and Refugee Division (MRD) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).

The review body undertakes the assessment process as if it was a new application. It is
